Cargofy is building the AI-native operating system for global freight. Cargofy deploys autonomous AI agents that automate procurement, dispatching, negotiations, operations, tracking, and workflows for carriers, shippers, and 3PLs across the US, Europe, and Asia.
We need a Head of Marketing to build our marketing function from the ground up — brand, positioning, campaigns, events, and demand gen across all markets.

What You Will Own
- Marketing strategy — annual plan, multi-channel execution
- Brand and positioning — identity, voice, visual consistency, narrative
- Demand gen — partner with Growth and Sales to drive pipeline
- Marketing ops — tech stack, reporting, spend optimization
- Segment positioning — messaging for carriers, shippers, 3PLs, enterprise
Who You Are
- 5-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally built the function at a growth-stage startup
- Strong brand instinct + data-driven execution
- Excellent writer in English
- Hands-on leader
- Logistics or supply chain tech experience is a plus
